I’m an aspiring writer and musician. I also love nature and loathe the damage we are inflicting on this world of ours. I believe there is something about the natural world that reaches out to us in some primeval way and I want this blog to explore our place in the wilderness, and how it inspires people.
If only one person reads this blog (why else do you think I got you connected to the internet, Dad?) then it won’t have been a total waste of time, but I’m hoping there are others out there who feel the same way.

Great blog – I like the connection you make between wilderness and human sensibilities. It seems to me that if we, as a species, are to address our current toxic relationship with the rest of the biosphere, we each need to re-appraise our personal connections with nature.
